Hi, I'm Maddi
I’m Maddi – a mindset coach, pole dance instructor, social butterfly, travel fanatic, oat milk latte drinker, and the friend who will hype you up and call you out when you need it.
I’m also a daughter, a sister, a part-time runner, a fantasy book lover, a content creator, a pasta enthusiast… and someone who takes her water intake very seriously.
But more than anything –
I’m someone who’s had to do this work for real.
For years, I looked like I had it together… but I was stuck in the same patterns:
Seeking validation.
Starting things and not following through.
Ending up in situations that didn’t actually fit.
Nothing changed until I realised:
I wasn’t broken –
I was running outdated default settings.
Once I shifted my identity, everything else followed.
My habits, my standards, my decisions, my direction.
Now, I help other women do the same – so they can stop repeating patterns and start following through on the life they actually want to create the life that they deserve.
