About Me
Before we talk about me, let’s talk about you.
You’re not lazy.
You’re not behind.
You’re definitely not broken.
You’re probably just successful in some areas of your life… and quietly frustrated in others.
Maybe you’ve built the career, or you go to the gym, or you’re the “emotionally aware” one in your friendship group.
And yet love feels complicated, or money feels inconsistent, or motivation comes in waves. You start strong and then fall off.
Sound familiar? I know that woman well… because I was her.
Maddi Rose
My name is Maddi and I have just returned from a two and a half year chapter living in Australia – a period that stretched me, grounded me and ultimately forced me to look at my life honestly.
Today, my life feels intentional. Not perfect, perfection doesn’t exist, but aligned and full of purpose.
But it didn’t always feel that way.
For most of my life, I was high-functioning and “successful” on paper but internally misaligned.
I could achieve. I could plan. I could hit goals.
But I kept falling short where it meant a lot – love and purpose.
I was busy – constantly busy – but not necessarily building a life that reflected who I truly was. I often felt slightly disconnected and empty, like I was living on autopilot.
I wasn’t lazy – I was anything but! I could commit to the gym, build my career and show up for my friends. But I couldn’t hold down a healthy relationship and I couldn’t fully commit to projects that actually lit me up.
At some point I had to ask myself a harder question:
What if the issue isn’t discipline…
What if it’s identity?
That question changed my outlook on everything.
My personal journey began by focusing on my romantic life (because my love life was tragic and taste in men needed serious revision) but it quickly expanded into something bigger.
I realised that when you work from the inside out, you can change way more than your relationship status. You can change your standards, your self-concept, your behaviour… your entire trajectory.
Instead of chasing outcomes, I rebuilt self-trust. Instead of blaming circumstances, I audited my standards. Instead of manifesting a fantasy, I started aligning my behaviour with the woman I wanted to become.
And slowly – sustainably – things shifted.
What I Believe
I believe that the Universe responds to clarity, identity and alignment.
Intention without embodiment is fantasy.
Embodiment without intention is drifting.
When the two meet, creation becomes inevitable.
I believe women are not lazy – we are often overstretched, overcommitted and operating from outdated self-concepts.
But I also believe something deeper:
It may not be your fault how your life unfolded… but it is your responsibility to shape what happens next.
We are powerful co-creators with the Universe. But co-creation requires participation.
Not through setting a thousand surface-level goals or adding more to an already full schedule.
But by asking:
Who am I being? Who do I want to become? Are my actions aligned with her?
Alignment is not passive. It’s conscious.
Every woman is capable of this level of alignment when she’s willing to participate in it.
What Do I Do?
Growth can feel lonely – especially when you’re the only one in your circle raising your standards or when you’ve hit a sticking point and don’t yet have the tools to move forward.
That’s where I come in.
I’m not a therapist, or a fitness coach, or a financial advisor. I’m a woman who has built a framework rooted in identity, alignment, feminine energy and personal responsibility. I share that framework with women who are ready to stop circling the same cycles.
Through my weekly blog, my Default Settings guide and upcoming resources like my Wheel of Life guide and Reset Your Life course, I offer practical tools grounded in both psychology and conscious creation.
My work is about:
- Building self trust
- Raising standards
- Aligning behaviour with desire
- Creating goals that reflect your highest self
- Stepping into your feminine creator energy
This is not about becoming someone new. It’s about becoming intentional.
This space is for women who:
Are self-aware but feel stuck or like there’s something missing
- Are ready to take responsibility for their growth
- Want love, success and alignment
- Are done repeating patterns
It is not for the victim mindset.
It is not for performative healing.
And it is not for outsourcing your power.
Accountability and action are absolutely essential here.
If you’re ready to participate in creating your best, intentional, aligned life – we’ll get along beautifully.
I’m still evolving too.
Some days are aligned and some still require recalibration.
I love pole dancing, pilates classes, oat milk lattes, long nature walks followed by brunch with my boyfriend, deep conversations, prosecco with the girls, crying to mum and my sister when I need grounding and reading psychology books like they’re essential nutrients.
I’m human, I’m flawed, but I feel aligned and intentional.
Start small.

Audit your standards.
Take one aligned action.
You don’t need a new personality. You need a new level of self-trust, belief and aligned action.
The Universe will meet you half way. But you have to make the first move.
Thank you for your time, I’m excited that you’re here.
Lots of love,
Maddi xxx
