I know first hand how frustrating it is when you desperately want to change something but you feel stuck.

Sometimes your path seems unclear, or sometimes you know exactly what you need to do but when the time comes something gets in the way.

You know you’re capable, that you’re meant for more, but you find yourself falling into the same patterns of overthinking, procrastinating, indecisiveness and, ultimately, not following through.

I’m here to tell you that, if this is you, it’s likely you’re missing a fundamental step.

One that’s costing you the future you know you desire and deserve.

We try to use sheer willpower and determination, when actually that conscious, thinking part of our brain is only responsible for a very small percentage of what actually makes us do what we do.

The problem is that you’re running outdated default settings.

Patterns that once kept you safe but are now keeping you stuck. Buried in your subconscious and nervous system but still dictating the decisions you make, the actions you take and the beliefs that you have.

That’s where I can help.

I’m Maddi, a mindset coach and Psychology graduate with a decade’s worth of experience supporting individuals in a range of settings.

Now, I help women change their identity at the root, so their actions finally align with the life they want.

What We'll Do

You don’t need more motivation. You need to understand what’s actually driving your behaviour – and how to change it.

Together, we’ll break down your patterns, get clear on what you really want and start building changes that feel safe enough to stick.

My 4-week SHIFT Transformation is designed to help you stop relying on motivation and instead change at the root level – your identity. Together, we move through a clear process: first, getting crystal clear on what you actually want (See the Vision), then uncovering the patterns and behaviours keeping you stuck (Highlight the Gap). From there, we focus on the real work – shifting your identity and creating internal safety so change feels natural rather than forced (Identity & Internal Safety). We then introduce small, aligned actions to break old default settings and build consistency (Form New Patterns), before reinforcing these changes through repetition so they become who you are, not just something you try (Transform).

This isn’t about surface-level habits or willpower – it’s about understanding your patterns, taking intentional action, and building a version of you that naturally follows through.

This is NOT for you if:

The SHIFT Transformation Coaching is for women who:

  • Feel like they’re capable of more but aren’t living it
  • Start goals and don’t follow through
  • Struggle with consistency and self-trust
  • Repeat patterns in relationships, money, or habits
  • Feel “off” even when life looks fine externally

This is NOT for:

  • People looking for quick motivation or surface-level hacks
  • People unwilling to take responsibility for change
  • People in need of clinical mental health support (I can offer guidance to relevant services if this is you)

When I say ‘women’ I refer to anyone who identifies as a woman. 

What can i expect to achieve?

In 4 weeks, you become someone who:

  • Understands their patterns instead of being controlled by them
  • Catches themselves before they fall into old habits
  • Takes consistent, aligned action (without relying on motivation)
  • Trusts themselves to follow through
  • Feels calm, clear, and back in control of their life

What will the next 4 weeks look like?

The first step to your new, aligned life is a free 30 minute introductory call to discuss more about you and find out whether the 4 week SHIFT transformation course is right for you.

If it’s a match, there will be a short questionnaire to find out more about you, followed by 4 hour-long sessions over Zoom (time and date will be discussed in the introduction call). They are designed to be spread out over 4 weeks, so that you have time to focus on the actions from the previous session. 

The course costs a total of £240 which equates to £60 per session. Payment will be discussed and processed in the introductory call should you wish to go ahead.

This intervention is not designed to be ongoing life coaching – it is deliberately designed to be 4 sessions long. However, there will be support available to you in part of Transformation with Maddi’s community (exclusive to those who have completed the 4 Week course).
